Refund And Exchange Policy
REFUND POLICY
- We offer a 7 day return on our products from the date of delivery, provided the product was returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the product reaches back to our warehouse. We will attempt to pick up your item only once. Thereon it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return and ensure safe transit for the item returned.
- Please ensure products have not been worn, used, washed with their labels and tags intact and in original condition to be eligible for returns.
- A reverse shipment and re-stocking fee of Rs 200 will be charged and deducted from the refund (full priced or discounted), regardless of the number of items.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded back to original payment account, for COD orders we offer a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.
- In case of a defected item, please email us the pictures and your concerns within 24 hours of delivery, failing to do so will deem the product as in eligible for returns. (We will require a video showcasing the opening of the parcel)
- Please note that no returns are allowed for discounted items, only exchange in case of a product defect (to be informed within 24 hours of delivery) or exchange of a size is allowed - if the item runs out of stock we will only be offering a store credit.
- Any order (regardless of the number of items) is permitted for a return only once.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer a 7 day exchange on our products from the date of delivery, provided the product was returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Please ensure products have not been worn, used, washed with their labels and tags intact and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.

We will attempt to pick up your item only once. Thereon it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return and ensure safe transit for the item exchanged. - In case the product runs out of stock we will be refunding you the amount or offer you a store credit- as per your request.
- Any order (regardless of the number of items) is permitted for an exchange only once.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellations are possible after the order has been placed.
